The challenges we face in life are opportunities for personal discovery, growth and healing. With a focus on curiosity and collaboration, our time together will center around increasing the self-awareness and personal insights needed to create meaningful change, authentic healing, and a deeper connection to self and others.  I have an easy-going and empathetic personality which allows me to quickly create a comfortable and nonjudgmental space for clients to share the challenges they are experiencing in life.

After experiencing decades of life transitions and challenges myself, I know firsthand how impactful working with a supportive and welcoming therapist can be. I draw upon these life experiences combined with a variety of therapeutic approaches to create an experience that uniquely aligns with your personality and needs.  My perspective is holistic, focused on integrating the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual areas of life and self that collectively impact mindset and overall wellbeing.  My approach also incorporates solution focused, strength based, mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapies.

I work with a wide range of children, young adults, and adults from various backgrounds.  I also especially enjoy working with women and helping to guide them through various life stages and transitions.  Providing counseling to school age children within local school districts informs my ability to support students and parents facing multiple school related challenges.  I also work as a Mental Performance Coach where I support athletes in building the skills, mindset and confidence to maximize their performance and enjoyment within their sport.

I am a Board-Certified Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling Services and Certification In Life and Career Coaching from Rider University.  In addition, I am a Certified School Counselor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active in a variety of physical activities – especially those outside in nature and the sun! I love eating delicious meals and traveling with my family as well as taking walks with my dog, Rigley, who I hope to bring to my practice as a therapy dog very soon!

I look forward  to exploring how I can support and empower you on your journey to further create a mindset and life that is aligned with your values, goals, purpose, and overall wellbeing!
